The BatPower Project is an Erasmus+ initiative aimed at modernizing vocational education and training (VET) to address the growing need for skilled professionals in the battery technology sector.

Driving Innovation in Vocational Education The BatPower Project is structured around five core work packages, each designed to ensure a seamless transition of battery technology knowledge into VET curricula.
- Research & Industry Analysis: Mapping trends, identifying skills gaps, and defining
- Knowledge Transfer: Bringing expertise from industry leaders to VET institutions
- Educational Materials & Training: Developing comprehensive learning resources for students and trainers
- Pilot Testing & Validation: Implementing and refining real-world training programs
